What started off as an intended 2 week decon, turned into a flat out 4 month break from PE. Damn!

Suffered a rotator cuff injury, fucked a couple new chicks, made a couple hundred thou, and worked 70-80 hr weeks on avg. My earlier gains have remained, but currently, my erection quality feels a bit down. My birthday is a couple days away, and then comes the Xmas and new years rush so I figure I will pick back up in the new year.

Currently around 6.1” NBP and looking to get that past 7.5” by the end of 2012. A long way to go, I know!

I capped off my routine several months back with going back n forth daily between clamping and water pumping with my Bathmate. Had some solid gains.

I wanted to ask if I should go back to the newbie routine to get back into it? Or just pick back where I left off, or at least get back into it after 2-3 months of a purely manual routine.

Vets: I am looking to gain more than an inch in solid NBP gains. Say you were a coach, and could plan out my 12 month PE cycle, assuming I have 45 mins daily to commit to whatever you give me (and complete privacy). What would your execution plan/routine for me look like?

If you actually made a couple of hundred thousand, m/b you should consider getting an actual coach :)

I’d advise finding a bit more time and going for pure hanging.

If you were willing to suffer drastic EQ loss, I would suggest hourly stretching sessions of the intense variety with the goal of hanging with the same frequency.

Twenty minutes of intense hanging every hour for as long as possible throughout the day.

I have thought of beginning such a radical workout as my length gains seem to have stagnated after I gained my first inch.

At the present I’m doing 500 manual stretches per day of increasing intensity focusing on the ligaments. I haven’t had the guts to measure yet, but as I’m coming up to my second year of PE, I will have to bite the bullet and measure soon.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Finding additional time might be tough.

I have a bathmate, which I can use for 10-15 mins in the morning everyday when I shower…but I question if it will really make me gain.

I also am not in a position to suffer drastic EQ loss. Some I can live with… lol

Vets, what do you think? 20-30 mins manual stretching/jelqing + clamping occasionally + pumping 4-5 days a week; OR
Throw that all away and invest in a hanging device and hang for 30-40 mins a day?

Any input guys? Want to finalize my routine before I head out on vacation, because when I come back in early Jan - it’s on!!\

Gotta grow this tool of mine! Have a fairly ambitious goal (see signature). Hoping to get some help boys!

If you have not be actively PE-ing for 4-5 months, I would recommend getting on the newbie routine to start back up. Depending on how conditioned you were before the break will determine how long you should do that for.

Based on your two options, I would personally go for the stretch/jelq/pump routine. Leave clamping aside for a couple of months though until you are good and ready. If you can manage it, I would recommend an ADS or simply an ACE bandage wrap to let your penis heal while in a slightly stretched position (no turtling is the goal there) for 3 or so hours a day.

No matter which routine you choose, stay consistent. You seem motivated, so don’t overdo it either. Good luck!

Thanks buddy, what kind of ADS would you suggest? With all the junk in the market, I really have no clue what works and what is a gimmick. Nor am I even remotely handy enough to craft something up on my own. Then bears the question - how much should I spend on this ADS?

ADS devices vary quite a bit in cost, form and function. I suggest you read some threads in the Review section to get an idea of the options out there. It will depend a lot on what you think you would feel comfortable with, how much time you can spend putting it on and what you want to spend.

I use one from ESL40 on eBay and I like it overall. Good price for what it does and it is pretty easy to use. It is a suction cup that rolls onto your flaccid like a condom and then ties to a strap attaching to your leg. I usually only wear it 2-3 hours a day. Since I do other methods of PE (all manual), I cannot say if I can attribute gains directly to it. I think it helps to heal while in a slightly stretched position though.

The ACE bandage wrap also can help healing in an extended position but is not a stretch. I think it has helped me, but cannot prove it. Basically, I just take a two foot roll of 2 inch wide ACE bandage and wrap my penis while stretching it. Not too tight though and you have to get used to how to wrap tight enough without cutting off circulation. Again, I wear it for 2-3 hours after stretching sessions.
