WhenI first began in January I was 15cm, I got gains close to 1,5cm. Ii has been 3 days I dont do Ulli, just stretches and a few jelqs. I masturbated 2 hours ago and my penis was just 15cm!!

It is true I worked yesterdat 12h in the countryside and i didnt feel much like masturbating, but half an inch lost!! that is a lot. I feel like my gains were just better EQ…. I sometimes get different measurement also.
1. Tired- so my EQ is lower
2. Caffeine or alcohol
3. When I overwork my PE session
4. After gym

Just to make you feel better.
It takes time to cement gains.

it definately looks like my EQ has dropped … so is like in irder to see over 16cm the day before I have to do Ullis and jelqs with the blood expansion the Ullis leave…. so it is like 0 gains…. this sucks…
any more comments guys?

Sounds like fatigue I would rest and only stretch in the shower a little bit under warm water not to much your length should come back you need rest

You did say that you had masturbated about 2 hours ago, when you originally posted. So this could have contributed to the wrong length measurement you received. When I used to measure, I always did it at the beginning of the day, so right when I woke up. I also wouldn’t worry too much about it, and as Akiko said, it takes time to cement gains.

Since you did say your EQ has dropped, it is most likely fatigue. So rest up, dude. :) Take a nice long bath.

Thanks men. This morning looks like I recovered some length but my morning wood wasn’t so good. I will do stretches followed by dry jelq for circulation.
