Bed fowers and postPE stretching cool down

Hi guys
I’ve read several threads about how you should maintain a light stretching after heating up to your penis “stay” in that long state and “heal” and etc ( please apologize for my incompetence describing this, I can not found enough words to describe how is supposed to work).

Btw, I started to think about this. If after my PE I just put on my tight underwear and pants, my penis will cool down in a shrinking state ( not good ), so my routine in the last 3 days is basically the newbie routine in the shower, and when I finish I just run to my bedroom and go to bed doing fowers ( “hiding” my penis between my legs ). I just do this for few minutes to guarantee the penis will cool down in the longest state. What do you guys think?

I do not plan to use any kind of stretching/hanging device, but I would like to ask the guys using them if applying heat constantly during the hours stretched would increase effectiveness? (although this sounds a little inconvenient since using a stretching device + heating pad you will somehow look like a cyberpunk character with several things hanging in your penis lol)

I’m kinda paranoiac with heating and with the idea of overdoing PE, so I am starting lightly ( 5 min of stretching - 70jelqs ) and planning to slightly increase the stretching time weekly.
I’m know I not doing the best PE I can due to my current situation ( holidays ), but I know to not spect gains in the first 2 months. I Will just keep my light routine for now.
