As far as age goes, I don’t know, I’m over 40 so maybe I’m different, but since I’ve started PE, I get hard when the wind blows.
So much so now that if I’m talking to a woman at work and sex comes up, I have to sort of move it over in such a way that it isn’t showing so much. I don’t go immediately to a 100% at attention erection mind you, but from 0 to 85%-90% in about a second and a half.
The thing is I wish I could narrow it down to exactly what has caused this.
Before PE, this definitely did not happen.
Is it jelqing? Is it kegals? Pumping? Hanging? The supplements I take?
Is it simply the idea subconciously that I know my dick is bigger?
Is it just an overall healthier dick?
I can rule out clamping, because this started long before I started clamping which is only a few weeks ago, having given myself a nice thrombosed vein the first time I tried it years ago.
As far as supplements go, I now only take the following;
Gingko biloba
Triple Ginseng
Zinc
Maca caps only, powder is nasty.
A simple, cheap multivitamin
Low doses of L-arginine with L-ornithine and L-Lysine
Several scoops of whey protein spread throughout the day.
This combo is the only ones I can take without my hair starting to fall out, and even then, I only take all of these every other day, often every two days even.
This combo is also the only ones I can see made a big difference in the actual amount of semen also.
Again, other things I’ve tried, increased semen load as well, but, unfortunately raised my T too high, and made my hair fall out. Pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil I’ve also found will increase load size, but it’s mostly more zinc that I think is responsible for that.
I have also found as time has gone on, that I have an extremely difficult time, doing my PE session without ejaculating. Strange because when I first started doing it, I never had the desire whatsoever, now it’s very hard not to.
Oh and I also drink pineapple juice for “flavor”.
