HI all been here for a while but very lazy never keep constant days etc.. But am gunna really try my best this time I’m around 6 inches erect 4inch flacid 5ish girth

I read up that if you turtle after PE means you have over done it hang is perfect normall means not enought well I just fill more full does this mean hang or?

Assuming I understand what you wrote, try to maximize your gains with just your hands first. It’s free penis! Only after hitting a wall with that, would I consider hanging. Turtling is natural, and I have never found it to impair my gains, but other’s beg to differ.

Turtling is when your penis shrinks to less than its normal flaccid size, and that sometimes could be a sign of over training, otherwise returning to your normal flaccid size after a workout is completely normal thus neutral.

And yes, for some, having a bigger flaccid post workout is a positive sign.

I agree with Bbcs319, you should try manual PE first.

Sorry I didn’t explain very well I meant a larger hang after work out I do manual only sorry for bad explanation not very good with reading writing etc.

Find yourself a routine and stick to it for a while to see what works or not. Two-a-day routines worked for me mostly (hot active workout for one, and stretching workout for second). I poached my methodology from Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism (search for thread title, I don’t know how to do this posting fancy stuff).

I always found that if I was turtling, I was overdoing it, and if I overdid it, the little guy wasn’t happy. If the little guy wasn’t happy, I didn’t gain.
