Are there advantages of being in puberty

So I’m a beginner,18 years old, a late bloomer, my dick didn’t grow a lot and little beard, but I’m tall(I’m considering I still have some years in puberty),I was wondering, considering my age and puberty condition would PE boost these gains, do I have any advantage for being in this age and stage of development when it comes to gains?, would it make it easier?, you guys get the point

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

My puberty got all messed up from ADHD stimulants for ten years. My dick was pretty much done growing by 17 or so. I always heard that penises can grow up through age 24 (around where I am now), so I maintained hope that my dick would naturally grow.

In erect size, I didn’t change much if at all. But one nice change I noticed in my early 20’s was that my package turtled less, often hanging almost impressively (where I’d look at it in the mirror, be shocked, hold it to feel its heaviness, etc - never EVER had this at age 18, always was turtled) and balls hang low more often, especially in the evenings. This also might have had something to do with me getting to a healthy body weight and becoming physically fit and more cardiovascularly strong.

I’d say go ahead and try it out, but read for a long time before you do. Being 18 means you probably don’t have exceptional experience with things like patience, true dedication, hell, you might not be able to truly grasp how ‘fast’ one year of time really is! (I’m speaking mainly for myself and how I was at age 18 - maybe you’re a better man than I was!).
What I’m saying is do a few months research at LEAST before you start. I’ve been reading these forums for a year and only just now feel like I have a decent grasp on PE and a good place to start. I got injured rushing into things, and had I known what I know now, I would have started so much differently, and probably never got injured.

So read up, young man, and enjoy still being in puberty! Also, while you’re 18 I highly recommend doing intense workouts like interval sprints (look them up on google), or burpies - or programs like P90X or insanity. Workouts like these drastically increase your HGH production (by 400% in many cases) as well as testosterone production - you want to do these things and get in the best shape that you can NOW, because NOW is the time that you’re still growing. With all that extra HGH and testosterone flowing through your system, you might get a little extra bone growth, hell, maybe even some penis growth out of it! If you do these things while you’re under 24, you still have a chance - any older, and you’ll just make yourself healthier and look better, but no extra skeletal growth.

I envy people who are fit their whole lives - things like wrestlers who’ve been wrestling since they were 5 years old - they get so much extra good testosterone and hGH their whole lives, and I honestly think they maximize their dick size in the process. Kind of went off the beaten path here, but just wanted to let you know that you’re lucky to still be in this critical window of development (albeit at the latter end).

Wise advice I would urge you to heed. Also please note the quote on my site about “just pulling it out.” Wish to hell I’d known that at 18! Good luck, be smart, be well.

What are your dick stats? If you are below average, you should visit an urologist. You may be suffering from secondary hypogonadism ( insufficient testosterone during puberty) which can be corrected with testosterone treatments. If you are average or above, disregard what I said above and start on a beginners routine.

I do tout P90x a lot around here, but only because it has transformed my body/health/flaccid size in the same drastic way I hope to transform my erect penis with PE. Hell, you can find P90X or Insanity for free on the internet (I did….to my everlasting shame).

A valid question though. It’s known among athletes that things like deep squatting, big compound lifts, explosive intervals like sprints followed by burpies/mountainclimbers/pullups - things that involve many parts of your body (especially the legs and abdominal area) done to the point of exhaustion result in secretions of hGH and Testosterone (both serum and otherwise).
As for the exact percentage of these temporary increases (which, over time and with consistency, add up enough to effect permanent change in the body), they vary.

hey guys im 18,6 ft 2 somewhat athletic,developed normally,but my secondary characteristics like penis growth and and facial hair have not appeared yet,im only 5 inches long,so i was wondering if any of your guys faced this same situation,did your sec. charact. appear later on?,did your penis develop afterwards?,did PE hrlp you gain size under similar unfavorable conditions?,thanks for the help guys

From what I’ve read, a number of guys who have started from 18-21 have made good gains, as it apparently complemented the end of their growth spurt. Nothing scientific supporting this, but there seems to be a lot of anecdotal evidence here.

I wouldn’t judge lack of facial hair as being a late bloomer, FWIW. Some people just don’t grow it. I’m 28 and I’ve never been able to grow a full beard.

Memento (see moderator above) I believe, started PE at your age and made remarkable gains (2 inches in length), in short order.

I think I can be in this boat too brother. But I have the faith that my dick is not done growing yet and I am going for it with PE. With PE Im going to grow a lot I know it jeje.

When I was a kid, we used to play soccer near every day; in summer we often played literally the whole day. I haven’t seen any of my friends becoming hung as a consequence.

I would have started when I was 14 or 16 but Thunders wouldnt let me join back then for years and years because it said members full. I wish I had been able to join.
