I’m obviously new to PE and at first I was skeptical but after reading Thunder’s Place for a while I figured why not give it a shot. So after approximately four months of working the unit and causing myself an injury (after which I took about a month off) I have went from 51/2 BPEL x 43/4 EG to 61/8 BPEL x 51/4 EG. Needless to say I’m convinced this stuff works.

I also want to thank all of you for sharing your knowledge and experience so freely. This is truly a great site.

What kind a routine did you use zap?

Well done! I’m a little skeptical on some things, especially how some people make like 1 inch gains over a couple of years, and some claim to of gained an inch in 3 months….So I’ll soon find out for my self!!! Nice work, and yeah what routine did you use?

I basically use the Jelq (about two hundred in twenty minutes) since my injury, but the last two weeks I added a few Ulis. I was doing Jelqs and Rotor Stretches when I started. I did this for about a month but then injured my self with the Rotor Stretch. Needless to say I will never do them again. I have started to stretch again but mostly SO and some up. I have also started to do some semi erect bends. I have lowered the pressure on all the exercises I do since my injury.

Keep at it and DONT overdo it. Its very easy to see a little result and then let the male “more is better” attitude take over then you get injured.I always listen to my dick, we have had some pretty good conversations over the years lol. Take care and good luck!
