Anyone had Erect Length Shrinkage after Jelqing?

Has anyone experienced erect length shrinkage after jelqing?

In my personal experience it happened once when I used a tighter grip. I saw the notorious “Red Spots”. During masturbation (I masturbate after I jelq), I noticed my penis shrunk about several millimeters from 18cm to 17.4 or so. Obviously I knew it was time to seriously lighten my grip. I also took an entire week off from PE.

HOWEVER, just today I was jelqing without any tight grips or any hard jelqs, and I noticed that during masturbation I measured by erect length and found it had shrank again. Once again I didn’t use a tight grip or anything.

For this second instance has anyone simply seen casual shrinkage after a Jelqing session? I heard rumors of it on other forums. Yes, yes I know to lighten my grip and everything, but for the second event where it occurred my grip was already lightened.

(I jelq every other day or so, and sometimes take 2 days in between)

I find I shrink up to half an inch after a good girth session, but the next day it hangs much lower than usual.

How is your erect length when you measure it on your rest days? Are you able to get the lost erect length from your previous jelq session back?

Yes I will always return to previous size if not bigger, if it does not I would rest longer. It is a negative sign of over training if your penis does not hang longer the day after.

Not the other times I jelqed.

Months ago I injured myself and got shrinkage. But every since then I jelqed myself back up to my peak 18cm size.

HOWEVER recently during jelqing (Without Pain and Without a Hard grip) I had got some shrinkage again.

I remember one member said on another thread to “Imagine you are squeegeeing runny honey off a smooth stick; that should give you a feel for how you should jelq.” and that’s how I’ve been doing it ever since.

While shrinkage is a negative PI effect, I have also received many Positive and Neutral PIs as well. That’s why it’s so confusing. For example, despite the erect shrinkage, my flaccid hang is without turtleling, I have erection quality, and morning wood.

I don’t use an extender by the way, although I desire to pick one up as people say they give decent results. I’ll keep you all updated.
