I think what I’m doing is basically just an abbreviated JAI. When I get about halfway through my workout, what I do is grab the head of my penis and just tug it really quickly to the max and then release the tension. It’s sort of like “snapping” on the septum over and over again.
I’d been pe’ing for a few months and seen no gains…but ever since I started this they’ve started to come slow and steady.
