I think what I’m doing is basically just an abbreviated JAI. When I get about halfway through my workout, what I do is grab the head of my penis and just tug it really quickly to the max and then release the tension. It’s sort of like “snapping” on the septum over and over again.

I’d been pe’ing for a few months and seen no gains…but ever since I started this they’ve started to come slow and steady.

Anistar, i have discovered the same thing lately and was wondering if it was already an established exercise. I was just about to start a similar thread about this technique.

I do it with either a totally flaced or maybe a 50% erection. Any harder than that and you don’t have enough slack to make it snap. I have noticed that after i do this my dick hangs significantly longer and for a longer period of time, than any continuous stretch i can do.

One morning i was doing this in the shower. I could feel the snapping or jarring way down deep inside. I press my finger from my other hand in between my ball and anus and i could feel a definate snapping all the way down in the very root of my dick.

I have been doing it for about a week and i have seen a very noticeable difference in flaccid hang. Not sure about real erect growth yet, but i like the results.

I guess if no one else has already invented this exercise we could call it the snapper or the jackhammer.

well, i’ve been doing this for about a month and I think moderation goes without saying. Then again…you never know.

I haven’t seen too much flaccid growth with it, but it’s really urging erect growth along. I’m gonna keep with these as long as they stay comfortable and now I’ll keep an eye on flaccid growth.

I was wondering how you can do them at 50% erect though? I prefer to do them at NO MORE than 15% and even then it’s iffy. Also, how do you structure your sets with these? I like to rip off five or six quick sets of 30 snaps with 15-30 second rests in between sets.

Oh, and if this is new and we do get to name them…then I’m posting a poll to name them. Quite possibly a thunder’s first. ;)

I am going to give these little snaps a shot. Basically you just grip behind the head, and pull completely as far as your penis will stretch, and then come back, right? Each snap lasts about a second? Maybe Ill start doing 25 or so every time I take a piss.

yep, just under a second each. you can really feel it at the base of and throughout the septum.

Yeah I agree Antistar, you can definitely feel it at the base, and throughout the ligs as well. These little ‘snaps’ as I like to call them I do 25-30 at each bathroom trip I make. Really helps my flaccid size, great exercise!
