Any reason to rest if no signs of overwork
Hi. I’ve been doing 2 on 1 off for my first 3-4 months of PE. However, I’ve never experienced the soreness or red spots that lots of people on here talk about. So, is there any reason not to move up to a 3 on-1 off routine? I’m guessing it will produce gains faster, and I don’t see any indications that I’m close to injuring myself. Thanks.
