Another new guy and hopefully a helpful one
Just wanted to say hi and thanks to the founder of this forum. I’ve done PE exercises before, but not very constant (Maybe 3 sessions in my entire life, which is only 22 years long). It’s kind of ironic, since I lift weights twice a day, 5-6 times a week but haven’t worked on the area that should be worked on the most LOL.
Anyways, I hope I can help others out, even though I’m a newbie. I’m really into nutrition and doing research on different herbs and supplements. I’m not working for a supplement company or even close to that business, so I won’t be trying to sell anything, just honest opinions (and some facts).
Hopefully, all those that are doing PE exercises get enough protein. When you work on anything (muscles or the penis), you need proteins to build up the broken down muscle fibers/cartiledge. Even though the muscle isnt’ a penis, EVERYTHING on the body is made up of tiny amino acids, and those make up proteins.
