An Experiment: How much does PE benefit when you quit smoking?

I have read a bazillion resources about smoking cessation over the last year. I have 7 children that flood my inbox and desk with helpful resources.

None of that hit home quite hard enough until last week when I made use of the Thunder-Search-Function. Jeez! 109 threads with the word “smoking” in the title … 110 including this one.
I think that the experiences in these threads and the PE and EQ benefits reported by the members was just what I needed to push me over the edge.

To that end, I am declaring to the forum that as of Feb 29th I have stopped smoking. (I’m 2 days in and it couldn’t suck any worse!!)

I want to use this as an experiment. I will track the effects on my PE results.
I have previously complained about my privacy challenges, but for the last month and next 2 months I believe that I have a unique opportunity to address this issue.
I am on an out-of-town assignment and am spending 4 days and nights a week in a hotel room. No privacy issue there!

I have also finally settled into a consistent routine that I believe is working for me:

Hanging: BTC and SD for 2.0 to 2.5 hours when I am out of town (shooting for 10 hours a week)
Stretching: When I am home I do 30 minutes of Manual Stretching (50% of which is with a fulcrum doing A and V stretches)
Jelquing: I am able to get in about 20 minutes of wet Jelqing a day
ADS: I made a simple ADS that I wear about 4 hours a day under my clothes
Heat: I have a rice sock and a heating pad that I use as frequently as I can to apply heat while stretching
No days off

Since I started PE last year, I have enjoyed som good gains and as of today my BPEL is hovering between 7.13 and 7.25, my MEG has recently hit 5.7 and my EQ is about 8 (I can’t always maintain the level of erection that I want when I jelq)

It is not terribly scientific, but I want to see if I have an improvement in my gains as I eliminate cigarettes from my life. My “stretch” goal is to hit 7.75 by the end of April.

I’m a hypnotherapist that specalises in stop smoking modalities, and I assure you that cigarettes do damage to the tissues of the body including veins, arteries, liver, kidneys.

Do anything humanly possible to stop this habit.

Take it by three’s. It comes in three’s, man. It gets easier after the third day, and after the third week it’s exponentially easier. After 3 months, you’ll likely be sickened by the thought of smoking again (at least that’s how it was when I quit). Good luck to you.

What’s ironic is I quit smoking only to up my addiction to chewing tobacco/dip. Ah the benefits of an addictive personality!

Yes. There are scripts on-line that you can record onto a device with your own voice and playback for yourself. Most smart phones have an audio record function.

Quit smoking should works wonder for the bloodflow and health. I have never smoked and i cant imagine why people want to punish their body with so much poison..
