If you are working off of the newbie routine, (which is highly advised you do), you are WAAAYY over training. At most, you should be 3 days on and 1 day off. But, 2 on and 1 off is better as a newb.
I am like 9 - inch, in that I don’t count generally count strokes either. Quality 2 to 3 seconds rep/strokes are the best way to go. Once your unit looks good and plump, with a nice flaccid hang, stretch a little bit, and be done with it. It’s better to under train than over train.
