Hey svensken. I’m wondering if what you keep gaining and losing is even gains at all based on the nature of plastic deformation structural remodeling.

I could be wrong but I think the 1 cm increases you see coming and going are just changes in your EQ. I think when you start a routine your EQ responds greatly which results in your maximum size at the time.

If you are plastically deforming the penis on a consistant basis then as it remodels, your gains should be perminent in my eyes. I think what you are seeing is just your EQ attacking up.

Since you are not a newbie anymore, I think you need to start hanging and clamping bro. Do your hanging work in the first half of the day and do your girth work in the later half of the day.

If hanging and clamping is to much for your penis to handle then I suggest you start hanging first and see what gains you make with that then slowly add in clamping.

Ok. I will start the newbue routine again, last months I did only about 5 min jelq and 20-60sekunds stretch.
I really hope something will work… I did this maybe 2-3 times in week.
