We all know that the penis adapts after a while when we use PE on it. Imagine this:
Month 1: 10 min jelqing, 10 min stretching.
Month 2: 20 min jelqing, 20 min stretching.
Month 3: 30 min jelqing, 30 min stretching.
Month 4: 40 min jelqing, 40 min stretching.
Soon I’ll be over one hour, two hours - and even three hours if I continue. How is it logical to do these excersises for years, but still no jelqing over 40 minutes? What’s the key to further growth? I imagine it to be pauses and changes of routines/excersises. If I was right on that, and there’s nothing more to it, someone can lock this thread.
