About sex and PE

My first post.

Well, I’m about to start reading a lot in here, to be completely and thoroughly informed before starting with this.
I had already read some posts, but not too many, and I feel like I was always ‘lacking’ some information.

Anyways, once I read that while PEing, you can’t be having a lot of sex.

So.. Is that true? Because my sex life is pretty active, and I wouldn’t like it not being so, yet I want to be bigger, as we all do.
When can’t one have sex?

Not really true.

Some exercises, or just overedoing them, can low your EQ.

That’s the reason why you could consider stopping PE the day before having sex.

This is the general line but keep in mind that everybody is different.

Listen to your body and act accordingly.

If your EQ keeps great go and have fun :)
