a tear skin on the underside of the gland? help

HI everyone.

Lately I noticed that there’s a tear on the underside of my penis gland. It hurts when I rolling down my foreskin.

It’s the area where the skin/tissue connects to the pee hole.

Is this normal? Can I get this tear from stretching? Perhaps I have a wrong grip when I pull my penis?

I usually do an OK grip very close to the rim of the gland and pull.

Please help.

Glans. Sounds like a tear in your frenulum. Often caused by exuberant sex. Your stretching grip could be the culprit. Try gripping a little further down the shaft, avoiding the glans all together (after you are rested/healed).

It is the underside of the shaft (where the sensitive spot is). The tissue connecting to the gland has a tear. It hurts a bit.
