A newbie question

A newbie question

I just started PE this week and am keeping to the Newbie Routine (just like EVERY thread has told me). But I do have a question. Is there anything else that anyone might recommend to a newbie to do besides the Newbie Routine? I have had no real trouble completing this routine and feel as if I could be doing more.

I have stuck to the newbie routine, and have gained 3/4” in 2 months time. And to be really honest, I don’t even get time to do all of the routine. I have to fit what I can get into my schedule, so there are days that all I can do is stretching.

However, I am concerned about injury, and am in it for the long term. I hope to gain a total of 2”, and I know I won’t get there overnight.

I am a newbie also just stick to the newbie routine you don’t want to slow your gains by doing too much too fast.

Besides you just recently started it will become a little more challenging as time goes on and you add a little more time to the basic workout.

I been on it for about 3 weeks now and already see a difference in my thickness.

Will do my first measurement on the October 25 one month anniversary. Wish me luck. All the best to you take it slow keep it safe.
