A Million Questions.
Hi everybody. I’ve been a member for a while, and have been reading alot of posts and whatnot lately. I’ve been PEing on and off for a year or so, but only decided to take it seriously about a week ago and have a ton of questions.. Firstly, where can I find what all these abbreviations mean? BPEL, etc. Second, I’ve been jelqing in the shower. I figure what better to warm up and stay warm in there. Can the shower work? What about masturbation on the same day, hours after PEing? The constant blood flow leaves me prone to random erections all day and I can’t help but relieve them occasionally.
I’ve kind of adapted my own routine, and I would like some critique on it.
(All done in the shower)
-Hot water, gentle tugs, etc to warm up for 5 mins
-30 second stretches starting by pulling forward, then from 12 o’clock, to between 12 and 3. Then to 3 o’clock to between 3 and 6 o’clock. To 6 o’clock. To between 6 and 9, to 9 o’clock. To between 9 and 12, then back to 12.
-JAI stretch for 5 mins
-Various versions of V stretch for 5 mins, sometimes switching the order between those 2 exercises
Jelqing for 10-15 mins
Warm down, with more light stretching, tugs, etc, and finish.
I’m not sure if I’ve been measuring right, but If I was correct by pushing the ruler against the pubic bone, I’m 6.3 erect, 3.6 flaccid. My long term goal is to hit 7 inches by Jan. 07 and 6.5 by the end of the summer. Seem tangible?
