A little help plz

Hello guys! I all ready started a new routine after some time that I have left the jelq. What I’m needing right now is some advice of experienced “jelqers” (if possible) about my situation..

The important thing is that this time, I finally get some improvement on my EQ, but only on the first days of my routine, because now I fell that this EQ has all ready dropped. I’m doing warn up with hot water(~4 minutes), stretches (~5minutes) , jelqs with lubrification (7~6 minutes) and warn down with hot water too(~2minutes).

Am I doing something wrong? How should I improve my routine? As I said, I get some initial EQ improvement, and because of that, I’m really hoping to get some gains! I was thinking if I could get a inch and half (or a inch at least) in length, but it seems to be very difficult to reach .. Its possible to reach that with manual exercises only? If yes, in how many time?

Any words/advices you guys could give me would be very appreciate! Thanks.

I propose you keep the routine but switch to jelqing before stretching. I jelqed for 3 months after having stretched and I always had the impression of a “tired cock” during jelqing.

Jelqing before stretching is the way to go in my opinion as well, you will just have to test it out and see how your unit responds, if any different.

BTW how often do you do the routine?

Thank both of you for the responses ! I’m doing 2~3 times a week , should I do more times? Or maybe less because I only feel EQ improvement on the beginning.

Maybe you should try to make a step-up routine for frequency.

Like:
week 1-2 Tu&Fr
week 3-4 Tu, Fr, Su
etc
up to 5 times/week.

Like this, you can observe at which frequency you do not have impact on EQ.

And keep a logbook, document every PE related event.

Then you stay on that level for the next few weeks ad let us know.

I think you could easily push more than 3 times a week. Try it out, and see what it feels like. If you start to feel less comfortable doing the workout it may well be a sign that you worked a little too hard. If it feels the same, no weird sensations and no pain (Always stop if you feel pain!), keep going. Many suggests 3 days on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off. This makes for an entire week.

EQ drops could be many other things too than your PE routine(cigarettes, too much porn, lack of sleep maybe?, cholesterol). But still, it’s your dick so you can’t never be too careful!

That is the big question: is it possible to gain 1 or 2 or even 3 inches? If you look at the big gainers in here the answer is definitely “yes, it is possible”. Does that count for each individual body: we don’t know, but we all try to find it out and are here for exactly that purpose.

The bonus question then: how fast? Different again for each of us. As the science of PE is not yet an academic discipline we do not have scientific proof and evidence of parameters which allow to predict gains and gain speed. But maybe that would eliminate a part of the fun and certainly change this forum of open minded men to men assistance.

As for the question if jelqs and stretches are enough for gaining big: I am too much of a newbie to be qualified for answering. Personally I try to remain on “manual only” as long as possible, but ask me if (touch wood!) I ever reach a growth plateau…

The only fact which is really proved is HOW the big gainers gained big: they never gave up! So as long as we are constant, dedicated, attentive and patient, there is no indication of impossibility - so let’s train, train and train again :-)

Thanks for ur answer bro, it has a motivational air! I have one last question, in ur case, did you all ready notice some gains? If yes , how much and how many time have you been “training”? Thanks and good gains for all of us!

In the first twelve weeks I gained 0.35in BPEL and 0.28in EG.
This resulted of a ramp-up phase from nil to 30 minutes jelqing and 30 minutes stretching, 5 times a week.
Besides I did a lot of Kegeling.

Now I decided to slow down things a bit because it was ways too much as impact in my daily schedule.
And I am not yet sure if I am the “more is more” or “less is more” type.
And I changed from “stretch then jelq” to “jelq and then stretch”

I am a newbie myself, so it’s still trial and error phase for me :-)

Maybe you are using water that is too hot?

A warm wrap should be just that - not hot. And, no matter what size your flaccid is, even huge, no penis takes more than a minute or two to heat through during a warm wrap. Nice thing is, you can do warm wraps several times during your routine.
