A little help plz
Hello guys! I all ready started a new routine after some time that I have left the jelq. What I’m needing right now is some advice of experienced “jelqers” (if possible) about my situation..
The important thing is that this time, I finally get some improvement on my EQ, but only on the first days of my routine, because now I fell that this EQ has all ready dropped. I’m doing warn up with hot water(~4 minutes), stretches (~5minutes) , jelqs with lubrification (7~6 minutes) and warn down with hot water too(~2minutes).
Am I doing something wrong? How should I improve my routine? As I said, I get some initial EQ improvement, and because of that, I’m really hoping to get some gains! I was thinking if I could get a inch and half (or a inch at least) in length, but it seems to be very difficult to reach .. Its possible to reach that with manual exercises only? If yes, in how many time?
