A 35 yo newbie in the den of pros - seeking advice

This is my first post, it deeply expresses how motivated I got from reading and browsing through this wonderful community.
I am posting this to ask for some advice/tips/guidance as I am having a little trouble to figure out whether what am doing is right or wrong, so there it goes:
I started PE (the newbie routine) like last week and only did it 3 times, let me start off by giving an overview of my current state:
- Flaccid: BPL: 3.54” - NBPL: 2.75”
- Erect: BPL: 5.31” - NBPL: 5.11”
My penis is also very thin: 3.5” flaccid and around (I think) 4”ish erect (measured glance ring) I must remeasure that part I don’t think I got it 99.9% right though

So here come my issues, basically I started out with the newbie routine, I do exactly how it is described, but then I have serious trouble with the Jelq part, as you can read below:
* It’s very difficult to maintain a 80-90% erect level, I barely jelq 3 to 4 times then I go progressively soft (tried to watch sexy stuff in parallel to maintain the levels.. Not very effective) so every 3 to 4 strokes I gotta wank it out to get back to the right erection level. Any clues or advice regarding this one? (I must say I don’t seem to have erection issues as they are very hard - and currently I ain’t active as gf is abroad)
* Second, as you read my Penis is not very long nor is it any thick which means getting a consistent grip and applying the right pressure is very difficult to identify (at least for myself), I browsed through.. But really struggling to get this part right. Could you shed some light on what, for my size, is the right amount of pressure ? And whether there is a way to make me grasp the “how much” that pressure is?

My aim to be honest is very modest and if I get there I’ll settle right away, I won’t go any further. I wanna get extra girth (reasonable amount) and I’d like to reach 5,90” in length (erect of course). I don’t care much about flaccid state.

Do you guys see any tips/guidance that would help me a little to get into the *long* road of PEeing (;-))

For my three+ years in PE - I didn’t take up much jelqs, but make great emphasis on stretching. Length really grew fast and girth partly got added along. Currently I rest from PE a bit, but in case of coming back - I will surely go with stretching once again. Also twisting stretching could work out to get girth, as it is performed easier with weak erection.


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)
