With extending and pumping I worked up to sets of 60 minutes and repeated those for as often I could. Heat up for 10 minutes, strap in/pump up and away you go. With pumping I applied continuous heat through a small electric blanket and made sure I got aroused regularly. Also hung for some time, similar approach. 10 minutes of heatpack and sets of 20 minutes. For any of these methods a diminishing return exists and varies. Don’t think any sane person can hit that limit of a daily basis though.
Consistency is key. It’s easy to conclude something doesn’t work for you but if one doesn’t put in equal effort and time you may not know what works well. So I made sure I put in the hours, I put in the effort and kept going even I didn’t gain. I’m working with the given that if I don’t see gains (anymore) I’ll keep that method up for at least another month and have 2 months off after that. Manual PE, hanging and extending have all given me the same gains throughout their respective periods. Pumping not so much.
Apply heat when and where you can. With pumping I had a heatpack on my parts and the inside the tube, along with and IR lamp to heat the tube. Then during the set I wrapped the electric blanket around the tube along with the heatpacks. Similar method with extending.
But no magic trick for me other than putting in the hours.
I’m a little confused, you say your are a little over 6 inches and you want to get to 8 inches.
Then your stats say:
BPEL 7” NBPEL 6.5” EG 5.25”
If you are 7” now, you need to gain ONE inch to be 8”
I gained an inch during my first year as newbie. I did jelqing and 5-way stretches alternated with helicopter stretches. That took me from 6.5 to 7.5 length.
I took off a lot a time and lost 1/2 of that inch. I got back into PE not too long ago and so far have gotten 1/4 inch back.
I did five 5-way stretches when I worked out. I also stretched my penis when I took a leak.
When I combined the jelqing and stretching with the bathmate, I gain a little over a inch. I did it for about 9months with a hectic 5 days on 2 2off. I’m serious again but now its 3 on 2 off. All this is motivating
Anything is possible, if you are methodical and meticulous about it. I say.

Can you tell me your routine please? I am also ~6” and I want to hit 8” a and I just started for 5 days.
