4 months in I have some questions
Hey! So as I said I am already 4 months in but I have not seen any gains at all. I`ve been consistent with my routine and for the first two months I was doing from 5 min jelqs only to eventually 5 min stretches and 10 minutes of jelqing. I gradually increased to 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing. By gradually I mean that I was adding a minute of jelq/stretch to every workout ( I am doing 1 on 1 off). At the moment my routine looks like this:
10 min stretching
20 min jelqing
5min kegels (2 second holds)
60 JAI stretch
A lot of the times recently during a workout I start feeling that my penis feels really exhausted around 14 to 15 minute of jelqing. I am not circumcised and lately after every workout I`m noticing that my ridged band (the end of the foreskin which is covering my glans) gets enlarged a little bit and gets purple as a result of my training( I was always thinking that this is a good sign that I actually moved blood into my dick). Its only the left side of the ridged band which gets thicker and discolored. Is this a clear sign of overtraining? I am uncertain if I should slow down and do around 15 minutes of jelqing or just keep increasing intensity.. After been taking it slow and seeing no gains but at the same time not great and healthy body clues I`m not sure if I am going in the right direction.
Any advice would be appreciated.
