Hey! So as I said I am already 4 months in but I have not seen any gains at all. I`ve been consistent with my routine and for the first two months I was doing from 5 min jelqs only to eventually 5 min stretches and 10 minutes of jelqing. I gradually increased to 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing. By gradually I mean that I was adding a minute of jelq/stretch to every workout ( I am doing 1 on 1 off). At the moment my routine looks like this:
10 min stretching
20 min jelqing
5min kegels (2 second holds)
60 JAI stretch

A lot of the times recently during a workout I start feeling that my penis feels really exhausted around 14 to 15 minute of jelqing. I am not circumcised and lately after every workout I`m noticing that my ridged band (the end of the foreskin which is covering my glans) gets enlarged a little bit and gets purple as a result of my training( I was always thinking that this is a good sign that I actually moved blood into my dick). Its only the left side of the ridged band which gets thicker and discolored. Is this a clear sign of overtraining? I am uncertain if I should slow down and do around 15 minutes of jelqing or just keep increasing intensity.. After been taking it slow and seeing no gains but at the same time not great and healthy body clues I`m not sure if I am going in the right direction.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I’ve been through the gamet of PE methods. What ended working for me was hanging.

I’d add squeezes and different stretches like A,V and BTC then a few Ullis and jelq after Ullis to seize the expansion they give.

You can always change method, dont give up. It has been like 8 motnhs I dont gain and I am still at it

could you be more especific man? what metohds have you tried and how much have you gained with each one? Are you using the Bib?

Momy, it is not easy to understand what you say, but what I am figuring out is that you are not exercising enough. 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing after 4 months is a bit on the low side for volume. Are you taking accurate measurements? Both for girth and length?

I`ll try to clarify it as much as I can. For the first two months and a half I was doing no more then 5 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing. I was afraid of overtraining and was doing 2 on 1 off. After seeing that there are no gains whatsoever I started building up the intensity as I mentioned and for the next month and a half I gradually increased to 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing, but this time I switched to doing 1 on 1 off. The thing is I can`t really spot positive/negative indicators. Since doing PE my EQ is pretty much the same. I have to say that I rarely have morning erections, it happens only when I`m having a high sex drive and I wake up to a girl next to me. I`m measuring pretty often so if there were any gains I would have seen them. As of now my measures are 6 inches NBPEL and 5,3 inches EG. Sometimes I`m seeing a slight gain in girth going to 5,5 inches but that disappears the day after. I`ve never actually seen any length gains and this is not the first time I`m doing PE, it`s just the first time I am this consistent and didn`t miss any workout for the last 4 months.

Big thanks to everybody who is trying to help. Now I am adding more minutes to jeqling and want to end up doing 10 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of jelqing. I am focusing on the technique as much as I can but not being able to tell the difference in EQ or any other body clues makes it really hard to understand if I`m PE-ing properly.

Any further advice would be appreciated.

I would change something. Switch to dry jelqs if you are doing wets. Add fulcrum stretches.

How old are you?

Did you also take BP measurements? NBP is not as reliable in my opinion. Weight , fat, and body composition can alter a NBP measurement

I will take BP measurements these days but I think my BPEL is around 6,7 inches. I am 23 years old. I just got some pics of my dick after a workout, is it appropriate to upload them here? I just want to show you what I mean by getting my ridged band enlarged and to know if it`s supposed to be that way or not.

When I switch to dry jelqs, should I just do the same amount of time I am doing in wet jelqs? Because I have heard that dry jelqs can be more intense than wet jelqs. I will add fulcrum stretches as well. Thank you very much for your help.
