EQ Experience
Since I’ve started focusing on jelqing 1/2 to 3/5 of the way up the shaft there has been an incredible improvement in my EQ and this seems to be more dramatic then anything I’ve experienced thus far. I don’t last long because I want to, sure I could pull it out and give it some quick strokes but that’s going to be a drama when I have kids. Alot of people have problems with premature ejaculation and I wonder what’s easier; lasting longer or finishing sooner?

I was thinking about Jelqing and the effect working out at the gym might have on it. When you work out at the gym your blood pressure skyrockets and after you’re finished your pressure drops dramatically.

Normally I jelq sometime after I’ve been to the gym but today I did it before my workout. There was quite a big difference. I felt I had slightly more expansion, felt a better stretch throughout my penis and it was easier to get an erection. (No surprise with the erections, blood pressure can effect these).

I’m going to continue doing before gym and see what, if any, difference it makes.

From last post: Haven’t noticed any real difference between jelqing before or after a gym workout except my arms tend to get tired alot easier afterwards.

My attempt at Healing in an Extended State:
On the 19th January after doing my morning stretches I decided to try “healing in an extended state” as there is quite a bit of debate about this. Made a semi-hanger using a cut up sock and a long length of shoelace from this I hanged another sock with coins in it (probably 500-600 grams worth) from the lace. I put this on at 7:16am and wore it until 3:52pm so I could do my jelqing at around 6pm before heading off to gym. I removed the weight at times I needed to go to the toilet and shower.

All I can say about the jelq session that afternoon was it was SHIT. I couldn’t get an erection and expansion was almost non-existent. After I gave up any attempt of jelqing and had returned home from gym, I noticed my penis had turtled to about 2” (FL) which is much less than half my normal FL (FL hovers between 4.5-6”).

The following morning I had no morning wood and to top it off it felt like my flaccid penis was made of stone. Couldn’t stretch, couldn’t jelq, couldn’t do any PE without turtling and stoning getting worse.

Two days later and my penis has almost returned to the state it was in before this debacle. I don’t know about other people, but from my experience my opinion still stands: Healing in an extended state is bad. I’ve lost about 1/5 in girth and about 1/4 in length since this and now I feel I have another week before I get it back and another week before I start gaining again.

Bummer. :(

Pumping:
I’ve used my pump about half a dozen times now and it feels pretty good. The cylinder is 2.5” in diameter and I pack all but about 0.5” inch in width and depth.

Strangely at 4-5Hg the pressure feels about half as much as when I jelq, increase the pressure to about 7-7.5Hg and it feels like my normal jelq grip although expansion from the pump is more significant. My flaccid hang after pumping is about half that which Jelqing gives. I think jelqing is better for girth (for me at least) and pumping should be done to stretch the penis in the hours after jelqing. Will have to test that in the future.

I’ve noticed when pumped the base of my penis packs out the tube. It’s then I realised part of my scrotum has been pulled inside the tube and is expanding. On further investigation I’ve realised I have a turkey neck. Dammit!

To top it all off the handle on the pump broke so tomorrow I’ll be going to an automotive store and sourcing a better quality pump.

Turkey Neck:
As long as I have a turkey neck I won’t be pumping. So far today I’ve done about 10 skin/tunica stretching sessions each lasting 3-5mins and I’ll continue this until the turkey is gone! Since doing these stretches (this could be in my mind) my flaccid hang seems to be a bit longer and fuller then usual.

I do a 10 minute stretch and 10 minute jelqs is that enough to start on?

On pumping pressure - Recently I have been pumping at between 3.5 and 4HG. However this week I dropped down to 2.5 to 3 and have been having better results in terms of both expansion and erections.
