Hello everyone!! I just finished 3 months and 1 week of PE two weeks ago (newbie routine), and had a little break for 3 or 4 days because I was sick. So, my focus is on length, not much girth for now, only length. Any recommendations or exercises to add to my current routine?

- 5 min warm up

- 25 min stretch (up, down, left, right, V, A)

- 20 (sometimes 25) min of jelq and some ulis

- 5 min warm up

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Good job for sticking with it.

I went to an extender and saw a good amount of gains in length. However, I jumped right into extending 8-12 hours a day and sustained an injury that I over-drew and had to take some time off. I lost respectable gains as well. If I could go back I would have kept the routine that was pretty similar to yours and began adding extending hours onto that. For example, starting with an hour in the extender + routine, than adding an hour every week until 5-7 hours in extender than start increasing tension (all varied on your EQ on PI’s). It may seem like a lot but once you get into the swing of extending it’s pretty manageable.


Reject the basic assumptions of civilizations, especially the importance of material possessions.
