3 months. what now
Hello everyone!! I just finished 3 months and 1 week of PE two weeks ago (newbie routine), and had a little break for 3 or 4 days because I was sick. So, my focus is on length, not much girth for now, only length. Any recommendations or exercises to add to my current routine?
- 5 min warm up
- 25 min stretch (up, down, left, right, V, A)
- 20 (sometimes 25) min of jelq and some ulis
- 5 min warm up
