2ND day progress
So I finally decided to step in and do something, and figured I would make a very brief and vague drop in.
I have begun kegeling and jelqing in the morning when I take my shower.
Instead of using a rice sock or a wet towel, a better alternative I found, which takes no creativity on your parts, is using those large kernel bags used for back aches and such, microwaving it for about 3 minutes.
This lasts a long time and you can easily press yourself against a waist-level counter, resting your penis over the bag and folding it.
I have to admit during the second day I noticed my penis being at a very cold temperature, so immediately, and I suggest this to you as well, when I got the chance I heated up myself a large tea and added a decent amount of ginger which regulates blood flow, and reheat the bag to redo a hot-wrap (cleared the problem right up).
Erections seem to be stronger than ever, and ejaculations more powerful. Note to self : Ease down on the jelqing to avoid the same problem as last time.
