Ok take a short decon break for a week. Lighten the grip, lower the number of jelq reps. Lengthen the time you warm up and warm down. Lower the time you stretch until your ligs are fully healed. Remeber owies stop the gains. If it hurts you won’t gain. A little strain is OK. But ask yourself what the pain level is 1-10. 10 being the worse. You don’t want to go past 3.
Watch out for negative PI’s hard flaccid dicks is a negative PI. That cord like weeny spells the word over kill. Not being able to get fully erect the next day means you worked it to hard.
Perhaps a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule would be better for you. Everyman is different. PE is personal, no one type fits all. No one penis is a like they are as individual as finger prints. So you have to find what works for you.
