I have written here a few before conveying my interest in PE. People have given me encouragement, yet I have not followed through. I have finally dedicated myself to PE. I have just completed a month of PE. My routine was as follows:

6.5 (from top) - 6.75 (from side) EL (I don’t know which should be used)
5.5 EG
Approximate Volume: 16.25

Routine for 1st month:

5min warm up in hot shower.
150 - 200 3 second Jelqs

6.625(from top) - 6.875 (from side) EL (I don’t know which should be used)
5.75 EG
Approximate Volume: 18.09

Planned Routine for 2nd month:

5min warm up in hot shower.
150 - 200 3 second Jelqs (60 - 80% maybe at times more)
10 - 15 30 Second Stretches

Things I have learned so far not to do:
HANGING IS A BAD IDEA FOR A NEWB! Way too much stress on the the penis when it has not been conditioned properly.
A workout is so much better when you warm up, the difference in the circulation of the blood is very apparent.
There is nothing wrong with jacking off after a work out.

Make sure you have adequate privacy
Chronicle observations/Statistics

Questions:

Why don’t you focus on Intensity rather than repetitions of Jelqing? I do 10 mins of less than 100 jelqing because it takes me 5-6 seconds for one stroke and I gained 0.25 on girth in a month.

Great post. I find that hearing about quick gains (you too boondocksaint) really gives me encouragement for this.

I have just started experimenting with this PE stuff and I hope it pays off.

I’m starting with BPEL 7.375 x 5.375 EG

My goal is to get to NBPEL 8 x 6.5 EG

I would love to see some results after a month. So far I’ve just been experimenting and trying to get the jelqing method down correctly.

Boondock: About how many strokes do you do? I go super slow with my jelqing as well. Primarily, I do this to perfect my stroke. But I question whether 65 or so strokes at a very slow pace will be enough intensity.

Bodadeous: you should be proud of .25 inch girth gain in just a month.

Bodadeous, I don’t think it’s bad for a newbie to do all-day having on light weights with 20-30 mins sets and 5-10 mins breaks inbetween.
