Thanks, bill, I think I understand what you’re saying.

Would an extender be a good idea at this point?

Maybe.

You need to use the extender for at least 6 hours a day though.

I am not an expert on extenders.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Take this for what you will, but the routine you describe is only slightly more intense than a newbie routine. The whole point of the newbie routines is to toughen your unit up for more intense work. A decon wouldn’t hurt, but consider working towards clamping advanced workouts. Change it up.

Sounds like a similar situation to myself albeit I’ve been pe-ing for nearly 2 years. At first i gained length so so easy and since i reached 7.2bpel i suddenly stopped and now it seems like my unit has lost all stretchyness. It gets to maximum length and then feels totally solid from the inside like a chain reaching its limit.
I’ve tried giving it time but i feel i too may need a break….i just don’t want to see my hard earned gains go down the drain.

Started 6.6x4.7 now 7.25x5.0.

What is the absolute minimum time for a de-con break? I’m going away for 11days next month and may push on until then and see.

How did you got the girth?

Oakers, I was thinking too it might be time to move towards more advanced exercises. I was thinking I should start the newbie routine for 1-2 months after my deconditioning break then get into more advanced routine. I was thinking to try hanging but I am not sure if I should give up on manuals yet. An extender also seems appealing idea but then it takes so much time and seems it would be really hard to keep up with having it on for 6+ hours daily for 6+ months.

I am just worried though because I feel I should have seen bigger newbie gains. I am worried I might have overworked my unit instead in which case moving to advanced exercises would be counter-effective. I am just so confused. At least I have upward of a month to figure things out. I don’t want too much in length, I’d be happy with 1 more inch. So frustrating I could not get it in a year like so many people here.

I think 11 days is good.

I had a hard time with early gains, too. I was only doing stretches and jelques for years, and it wasn’t until I went all out with variety of methods did I see the gains I wanted. By then, though, my dick was tough enough to take the additional stress.

Two weeks to a month is plenty of time for a decon, for me, anyway, and another two weeks of basic manual work seems to be where I can handle the advanced clamping type routines I do. Good luck.
