1 day on 1 day off

Has anyone had progress doing 1 day on 1 day off? I did read about Equine roosters progress in his Progress thread and learned that less could be more? I’m currently doing 75 jelqs. Any advice?

I’m currently doing it for 2 weeks now (first time I’m pe’ing) and it feels great.

Try it and see if it works for you.

So I have this routine: 15 minutes of V-stretch and 15 minutes of jelq. I used to do it 2 days on 1 off. I did gain, and I did had good EQ. But I think that 2 days on is too much, I think it’s the limit and if you do more it goes to the bad side.

In other words, I think I was at the edge of the green zone. So I was thinking that should I try this 1 day on, 1 off tactic? I’m currently resting because I had the worst EQ in long time. Or maybe it was the weed? Does anyone know how weed affects? I really like that routine since it includes jelqing too.

The threads I’ve read about weed is that they didnt had a affect on the EQ. Maybe overtrained yourself? I believe in this 1 day on 1 day off routine, because my EQ has improved and it feels good.

Ok, thanks. Good to know that weed don’t affect EQ, I just love that stuff. I used to smoke cigarettes too, but I stopped because it’s bad for your circulation. Affects penis directly.
EQ imporvement indeed is a good sign + this 1 day on 1 off don’t take that much time. Well, I can only know when I try. Just few more rest days then I’m back in the game.

Yeah, I used to drink green tea but then I just stopped.
Well, I’m glad that smoking is over even though it feels empty without cigarettes.
And if I try that 1 day on and 1 day off routine I will definetely tell you if it works!
