White bumps on testicles

Wtf? Never had them, ever, before.

Haven’t had sex in MONTHS..

They look like pimples.. But idk.

I have something similar. I can pop them like zits. I’ve had them for years.

So, you said they look like pimples. Do they act like pimples, as UlcasterDropout noted in his case, or are yours different? Is there any redness?

They could just be sebaceous glands that for whatever reason, are more active than usual. Could be Fordyce’s spots.

I’d take a punt and say they’re Fordyce Spots. I get them on my balls and a little bit on the underside of my shaft. For me they’re always where the roots of my pubes are.

If they are painful I would see I doctor.

I have them Usually it is sebum that has dried and formed the pimple. You can get rid of them by GENTLY rubbing them with a pumice stone so that the skin covering them is removed. Takes a few days though so do it gently every day. Eventually the skin is so thin they can be squeezed out.

I once asked a doctor how to get rid of them he examined and said what pimples!

If you use the pumice stone. Just run it in one direction olny. ie Don’t go back and forth with it

Yup, sounds like sebaceous cysts to me too. I’ve always gotten them, and I pop ‘em like zits. The sebum is very waxy and pops out with a satisfying little poot (but you do have to squeeze pretty hard.) :)
