I do alot of HIIT style cardio and just cardio in general..My cardio health is good. My endurance is fine. But my sexual endurance isnt even in the same ballpark. I gas out quickly during sex for some reason. And of course when i gas out blood needs pumped to the larger appendages so bye bye boner. Has anybody else noticed a difference between sexual endurance vs any other endurance activity?

Same thing happens when I fight, I forget to breath at times.

Ya most don’t really pay attention to their breathing in general, but especially at times during sex. It’s not exactly “to breathe” but the how to breathe. Consistent deep breathes during times of intensity. It’ll actually help you last longer when it comes to ejaculation as well.
