My erections are so poor?! HELP!

I read somewhere that it’s not good to do pe on the same day as heavy ass weight lifting or heavy ass training day.. Maybe you could do some stretches only on those days you go to gym and real pe the days you don’t.

I’m 18, and I have the same problem. I don’t work out, however, but my erections are very poor. They used to be very strong when I was 15-16, but they’ve decreased a buttload. I’ve had one 100% erection in the past week.

There are some who swear by cayenne pepper and garlic. I put 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of real garlic powder into a cup with tomato sauce and water. I down it as fast as I can. After two weeks of this I was waking up with rock hard erections. Google cayenne pepper and erectile dysfunction.

Wow.how long would these erections last? I definitely need help with blood flow.
