Male Multiple Orgasm???

Some related Dostinex/Cabergoline links.

Note the first one has a chart showing the decrease of prolactin levels over time. CBlake33 and I have discussed this quite a bit. The chart shows it took almost 12 weeks to lower the prolactin level to under 50ng/ml. Normal ranges are 20 to 30ng/ml.

Toxicological evaluation of standardized Kaempferia parviflora extract: Sub-chronic and mutagenicity studies

Was thinking overnight, and read some more this morning, and since the side effects I experienced have mostly abated, I may continue and see what happens. Since it’s only costing me $20 a month, instead of what you’d pay without Rx coverage ( month supply of 8 tablets = $215 ), would seem a waste of a month’s dosing to quit too early in the game.

Plus, if biggerandbetter posted after 2 months dosing that he suddenly achieved zero refractory period, I’d probably go nuts.

I know there’s a Supplements forum, but we should probably start a pharmaceutical thread someplace on exclusively Rx stuff.

That is a great idea!

I’m going to go for this over 3 month’s time. I’ll keep you all posted.

Hey guys taking prolactin inhibitors, do you have any thing further to report?

I am interested in knowing what side effects you guys experienced, especially related to nightmares and/or psychosis.

My 98 year old grandmother has been on l-dopa for a year, for parkinsons, and one side effect I’ve noticed is mental confusion, vivid nightmares, and hallucinations.

Not looking for answers, these side effects are well known for l-dopa - just wondering if these type of side effects were present in other prolactin inhibitors. It appears from DarkTrick’s posts that they may well be present.

I ended up stopping after a month, both dostinex and all my other
supps and pills, because I lost sensitivity all over my body, including
sense of taste. It was really scary and depressing. I cannot pinpoint
exactly what medicine or supplement was causing the problem.
My neurologist said it could even have been my vitamins, because
the extra stuff they use can cause problems (he used to be a
chemist). He actually recommends not taking vitamins, and just
getting everything from food.

So, anyway, I unfortunately cannot say that the dostinex did anything
for me. Perhaps I will “clean out my system” in the new year, and
then just do the Dostinex by itself.

Thanks for the update.

That is a scary reaction.

Did anyone else have good results with Dostinex?

Is it me, or is it the same story over and over with the suppliments. None of them have done anything for me. I haven’t tried dostinex, and probably wont try something that is used to treat parkinsons disease. It just seems to me that there is no miracle drug and never will be. I’ve tried all the herbal suppliments for a month or more. Results? Libido? Nothing Erections? Nothing Load Size? Nothing

The only thing that helps me with erections is Viagra and PE.

Since you are my property, the contents of your mind are also my property, and you will give them to me when I ask.

What other medications are there to achieve long periods of erection?

I guess you can’t orgasm with being erect…

I continue to research this subject when I can.

Here’s some interesting things to read concerning prolactin and refractory periods:

http://www.mdli nx.com/EndoLinx … 70911&specid=16

The second one was most interesting, seeming to indicate, well, here’s the last paragraph:
note: "PRL" = prolactin

In summary, these data demonstrate that sexual offenders with high sexual drive (as confirmed by a short refractory period or high masturbation frequency, or both, as well as by higher sexual pleasure during sexual stimulation) do not differ from control subjects in their peripheral neuroendocrine response to acute sexual arousal and orgasm; particularly, they do not differ in orgasm-induced PRL release. This study confirms that factors other than peripheral hormones influence deviant sexual behaviour.

Which I read as they had the same amount of PRL release from orgasm, but that it did not seem to impact their refractory period.

I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Pezzi’s book, The Science of Sex, if you want to learn more about sexual biology. I read his book two years ago and am re-reading his latest revision.

If girth is king, why the hell does everyone keep talking about length?

Has anybody tried Dostinex and had the multiorgasmic experience?

Can anyone tell me what the dosage on cabergoline is supposed to be so you get the lessening of the refractory period side effects?
