I want to know from you guys all the things that a man can do to increase the libido.

1. Remove alcohol ( alcohol decrease testesterone by 70%, and reduces metabolism by 1/2 )

3. Heavy exercise ( squats and deadlifts increase testosterone and feelings of well being, lift 3-5 times a week )
4. Diet ( green leefy vegetables, good enough amounts of protein )

6. Certain foods decrease estrogen ( broccoli and cabbage are two )
7. Remove strong negativity in people and situations
8. Do masculine activities such as hunting, fishing, repairs, etc

There are others. Oh, I forgot. Daily or almost daily sex without resistance will keep your libido high. “If you don’t use it, you lose it” ( if you don’t lose it, it will decrease from lack of use ). Without resistance means with a willing and appreciative partner.

Have you had any changes in your life which could impact your libido: relationships, health, diet, etc. (has your libido changed recently)?

Have you had a blood test for hormone/testosterone level?


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

L-arginine, l-citrullene, Ginseng, Maca, omega 3, Vit D, Vit K, and multivitamin. After a week of taking these, rock hard erections and more of them.

Sleep and exercise. I can have the most relaxing, laid back day, but if I have been indoors all day, not moving (like today), my libido is shot.


Start (July 2020): BPEL = 5.75; MEG = 5.375; BPFSL = ??
