I am with you on that Petrus. I have taken L-Arginine an haven’t seen any difference in erections. However I will state that many years back I was on a quest to shoot a cup of cum. I was taking both Arginine and Lecithin. I remember my dick being more sensitive than usual. But I think most of that was because my jerk sessions were for several ours at a time before climax.

I am a Type II diabetic, and I’m told to never eat watermelon. It’s one of my FAVORITE fruits. I hate that I can’t eat it. I have CHRONIC ED. And my insurance provider doesn’t cover the pills. So, I’m stuck. I’m afraid my girlfriend will leave me. I can’t get an erection. Does anyone know anything else that can help?

Hey maiahsdad. All you have to do is buy some L-citrulline from a nutrition store. It’s the citrulline in the water melon that gets converted into arginine which helps with nitrixoxide production. Try stacking L-citrulline with L-arginine and see if that helps.

I often will max an entire volleyball sized one myself, and cut up another one for the others.

Has many other health benefits due to it;s very high alkaline pH.

Watermelon has a high glycemic index, but it’s simple carbs aren’t concentrated enough to spike your numbers terribly. A little is fine as long as your glucose is below 130.

As for the ED, there are many things that can work, even if you don’t want to take prescription tadalafil or sildenafil.
Both amino acids Saiyan recomended are good, and there are a ton of herbs that will have an effect on a healthy male.
If you are healthy to begin with, try some of the supplements I listed in my “extreme EQ” thread, as well as trying the techniques.
