Hey guys, so for the last few years I have noticed myself getting tired faster and faster while having more demanding sex. Just 5 years ago I could go hard for 2 hours straight, now I can maybe go 30 minutes and I am DEAD.

I run every other day and can my job is physically demanding as well so I get plenty of cardio but it doesn’t seem to be translating to sex.

Any advice? I just get winded and feel like falling asleep hahaha

Three simple sets with a 40-50 pound kettlebell.

Seems obvious, I know but you will see results within weeks.

I’ll give it a shot. I do need to do more weight training into my routine as I am 100% cardio at this point. I’ll update the thread with my results

Cardio helps alot and drinking alot of water or electrolytes can help as well as some vitamins.

Many things can cause fatigue.

Sometimes it’s just age.

Have you been tested for type 2 diabetes or hypoglycemia recently? There’s nothing particular about your post that specifically indicates either, it’s just that these have become extremely common today and cause a wide range of symptoms.

Hypoglycemia in particular comes in a few forms, some are mysteriously triggered episodically, there are also conditions that mimic it but do not actually result from low blood sugar.

I think the best exercise would be to mimic the sex act. Pelvic thrusts standing, from a push up position and on your back with your butt elevated would be the best exercises. Vary the speed.
