How I cured my SEVERE premature ejaculation

I have one question. The biggest “thing” I found out when exploring my orgasm/ejaculation mechanics was that if I squat (if f.e. I edge while in the shower) or just spread my legs or more like the buttocks, you know, legs widely spread, bent in the knees, (this applies to sex also) it becomes way, WAY easier for me to get to the PonR, like 5 times easier. Could it be something involving the prostate?
What could cause that and how to overcome it. I mean, I don’t want my sex life to be all Cowgirl and me doing nothing (oh yeah, being the active one when having sex gets me there FAST!).
I guess it’s more of a psychological thing for me, but I still can’t fathom that wide-ass-crack-cum-faster thing. :D

I know what you mean brotha. I used to notice it was easier to control myself in those positions and standing as well. There could be several explanations for this. The pressure on the prostate would be consistent with my other opinions so that is certainly possible. It could also be due to the fact that these other positions put your body weight on your legs instead of your mid section and butt. When your body weight is being supported by your abs, hips, lower back, and butt like in missionary position you are tensing up your entire core which would make it harder to control yourself. Remember what I said about relaxing your mind and body? When you put most of the weight on your legs you are able to relax your core and likely gain some more control.

Also I don’t think control is really due to a “wide-ass-crack”, but more just acclimating your body to prostate simulation.

I’ll start edging on my days off pe (every third day) as I find ballooning a bit harder, but I could also try that.

I don’t know how I’ll overcome the psychological aspect (tried missionary last night and I messed up even with very light stimulation… cowgirl it is and even that didn’t go very well either), but I guess some confidence goes a long way, so I’ll just work on that. :)

Yea dude its mostly confidence and cutting off your trigger points. I also recommend edging to finish up your PE session. It is good to keep the blood circulating and you get the added benefit of practicing your control. :)

OK, I started this last night. Edged for 1/2 hour and 45 minutes this morning. I would not really call myself a preemie but I do cum faster than I want to. Especially when Mama is on top. So, I’m gonna give this a try and see what it can do for an old man!

I tried the prostate stimulation which was really really weird as its like going into the unknown for me. However, i have a few questions. I am not sure i actually felt the prostate as my finger may not of been long enough, can only get in up to the second joint on finger. Is it necessary to actually reach the prostate and what does it feel like? I may have reached it but i have no idea really! I feel that this is my main trigger point and that solving this will hopefully(!) be the cure.

I am not a doctor so I can’t give you super specific information. I can, however, tell you what I did. I would feel around until I felt a super sensitive spot and just kind of massage it. To be quite honest, I am not 100 percent sure that this was my prostate, but it feels like it from all the research I have done. Anyway… just sort of massage around it until you feel like you are going to blow, back off, and repeat. Basically just edge except with your finger in your butt (LOL).

So I guess the main point is to find your trigger point and then massage it. I feel really lame not being able to give you a better response. If this wasn’t what you are looking for then definitely post back in this thread and I will take some time to figure out how to answer your question exactly. Good luck!

Oh man sounds like you have it easy! :)

I am sure you will gain tons of control with edging alone. I had other stuff I had to deal with too. Edging is really awesome though. It won’t be long until you start to gain some confidence and really get to know your body. From then on its all about being able to stay relaxed and not worry about blowing it. Have fun!

This is an awesome thread. I’ll definitely make it a point to incorporate all this when edging. I can’t help but let a load off at the end of an edging session though. I’m glad now, however, because this article gives me a reason to stop doing that, which I think is ruining my EQ.

I thought the older we get, the more control we have over this problem.. Well, I met a great girl 8 months ago, and when we first started having sex, everything seemed fine. After about 3 months into the relationship, I just could not control my ejaculations. I’ve tried several different things to overcome my problem, and like someone said earlier, the sinus meds worked great for a while (Phenylephrine HCI is what actually helps I think). Sed26, I see what you’re saying but trust me when I say that with the control and confidence you gain from edging it will allow you to control yourself with women. I remember that whenever I was with a women before and I felt the urge to come there was basically no stopping it and I would inevitably blow. Now I can just stop for a second or two and let the urge subside and continue. Try it and I am certain you will agree.

Rmania, you seemed to have grasped what I said pretty darn well. Awesome. I disagree with what you say about blue balls.
