Being able to share experiences and discuss is a great opportunity for all of us to learn. I really want to start my PE journey, but, right now, I can’t even jelq. First goal is get rid of the addiction and conquer natural erections with a good morning wood. Then, I can PE.

Keep at it, your story sounds like this is deep rooted. Have you done any CBT or affirmation work to help reset your thought paths?

I have done this for Anxiety and it helped a lot

If you wanna try this brain reconditioning, I can assure; it only works if you stop for real. You won’t force an erection for nothing. No jelqing, no erect pumps, no masturbation, no sexual thoughts.. Just forget you have a cock.

You can have sex, it helps keeping your brain focus in the right spot.. But don’t do it too often at the beginning.

Give a 2 weeks brake to your cock and mind. Stop PE as well. Evaluate your erections after that.

Going back to PE may require a good understanding of your body reactions. Good erections, good to go. Erections not that good, time to heal. Morning wood is an important PI. Maybe you should focus on having a healthy EQ first.

It is what I’m doing. I’m focused on having my EQ back. Not even stretches right now. Why not? Because I can’t evaluate my EQ. What if I’m overdoing the exercises? How would I know??

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Through a combination of talking things through (even with yourself outloud), some self analytical exercises and looking at your response patterns it tried to teach you to intercept your negative behaviour and promote positive behaviour and reactions. There is a lot of online resources for free. As with everything, it’s a tool and not a cure all

Thank you to the OP for sharing his experience. I too have been affected by this and have already started seeing the benefits of rebooting my brain.

I think this affects more men than we realize and either most don’t wanna talk about it or they just don’t believe that anything so seemingly normal as watching naked women have sex on a digital screen could be impacting their sex life and heck their entire life as much as it does. All these men under 40 messing around with supplements and ED drugs and usually the problem is just the porn.

Any man on this forum who is having problems with erection quality, ED, depression, anxiety, social confidence etc should start with this book ”Your brain on porn” before you go on to self diagnose other things or let doctors prescribe medication that you may or may not need. First, I’m watching no porn or sexual images or texts at all, I’m trying not to imagine sexual things, I’m trying to forget even my cock is there(this is not very successful.).

Q1. Because I’m on nofap for about 25 days, my libido is very high and even watching girls with sexy outfits on the road makes me horny. It feels similar to watching sexual images on web. Is it ok?? I’m trying my best not to stare at these girls outside, but they are everywhere..

Q2. I’m confused that which one is actually the problem. High dopamine itself is a problem? Or excessive secretion of dopamine (because of porn) makes my brain resist(desensitized?) on dopamine is a problem? Do I have to stop trying to rise my dopamine level?(by setting daily goals, meditations, good supplements, etc.) Or just strict nofap is OK?

I know you weren’t asking me directly but if you don’t mind I’m going to offer my experience to your question.

I would not worry about what happens in your pants when you see something I’m in real life such as the hot women. Of course I would stay out of strip clubs and things like that but it sounds like you’re doing everything you need to do as far as staying away from the false digital reality. Eventually your body will regulate itself Don’t be surprised if you start having massive morning wood strong erections in the middle of the night and the return of wet dreams

Congratulations on your success so far and be aware that at least for me the most difficult part was between 30 and 90 days. Stay strong

Sorry for my late response. I’ve been avoiding thunders because of my addiction. There is a lot of naked women photos here…

I don’t know the answers but let me try.

First of all, congratulations for having 25 days of no FAP. I’m so addicted that I couldn’t have a couple of days yet. It’s good to know you are as horny as a teenager, I hope I can get there one day. Maybe you can try to transform this in a sex opportunity. Having sex is the real deal, so go for it. Real sex is allowed and may relieve your constant arousal.

If I understood right, only excessive secretion of dopamine is a problem. Keep rising your dopamine levels by going to the gym, haging out with friends and so on. Avoid bizarre dopamine secretion that is so easy to get by porn. Actually, raising the dopamine levels make the reboot easier cause the brain won’t be so in need.

Porn industry knows everything about addiction. They know how it works, they know how to monetize. Enter in pornhub, xvideos or any other, there are two main advertisements: 1. erection medicine. 2. penis size miracles.
