Coolest beard look for bald guys?

Im bald and I’m wondering what other guys think is the coolest beard look for guys like me. I’m 46. I used to do the “door knocker,” but lately, I’ve started doing a 2 mm buzz cut including beard, mustache, and hair. I shave the lower neck smooth. What do you guys do or suggest?

I’d say it all depends on how full the beard is and face shape etc… Talk to your barber…!

I agree with the others. I have a buddy who is balding and had a full beard which looked ok, but recently cut it shorter and now it does this natural wave, salt and pepper, literally looks groomed all the time and he does nothing to it. It’s become a signature look for him. He’s kind of a big buy and he almost looks God like. Find what works and rock it.

As others have said depends on face shape. If you are blessedwith god level face shape like joe rogan type go with fully clean shaved I say. If you have a less broad face you might want to consider a full trim and clean shaven neck to make the face appear wider.

Hairy faces (mustache, bear,etc) makes people looks older and it is not for everybody

Take into consideration your face physionomy, amount and quality of facial hair as well design/maintenance.

If you are happy with facial hair go ahead.

I dont agree. Gray hair be it on the head or in the beard makes you look older. Wrinkles big nasolabial folds and saggy eyes is what makes the face look old. A facelift can do much more for your looks than anything else if you have an old looking face.

Gray hair always look older. I did the shaved head with goatee but my facial hair is gray so now I am Mr. Clean and look much younger. At least the women see it that way.

I’m 59, shave my head, and have a nice handlebar mustache. Most people really like it, some really don’t. What’s important to me is that I LOVE IT!
