Using Timacle (Chiococca alba) to aid lig stretching

I used it for a few months.. Applied it daily first thing in the morning and then hung at night. Nothing spectacular happened except I could comfortably hang slightly heavier weight. There wasn’t that initial discomfort during the first few minutes. I made great gains, but it was after I stopped using it so please update on your progress. Personally, I don’t think it was from the Timacle.

Well didn’t it wear off by the time you got around to hanging? Why did you put it on so long before your routine?

According to their website, if I remember correctly, they said you only needed a little and the effect lasted for days.

They do say that the effect can last for a couple days. For me, I don’t notice much after the first day but it may just be that the effects are more minimized. It does also have a noticeable analgesic effect on the skin, which would explain the decreased discomfort while hanging.

lukatov, did you notice that you felt fatigue sooner when using the cream?
