L-Arginine in protein powder
I have heard, not yet read here, that an intake of L-Arginine with other amino acids is almost useless. I got curious as I have bought a protein supplement which contains 2,3 mg L-Argine/Day. My weight is 67 kg. I wonder whether this intake does me any good at all… I suppose you may get L-arginine from food as well(reindeer), so these extra 2,3 mg perhaps will make me improve my erections? I haven’t started PEing yet from my pause but soon I will start again….
