I want to boost my HGH and testosterone levels...
Any idea’s on easy supplements to take to do this?
Is boosting testoserone a good idea just to try short term?
I am trying to raise both natural levels of these in order to get a new angle at the firm flaccid injury that I and others have.
I have read that not eating within 2 hours before sleep, and taking L-arginine before bed can help, but 60 grams was needed in the one article I read which is impossible without injections, can boost HGH levels, but are there any supplements that do it naturally?
