I’ve read that some guys that post here take also beta sitosterol. This is a main ingredient found in pygeum and many other herbs. I know it is good for prostate but no other details. Pygeum it is said that on some guys increase precum. What are the effects you have observed by taking beta sitosterol ? Does it increase precum ? What about cum? What else is it good for ? Thank you
