Recently I have been researching the internet about hypothyroidism and discovered coleus forskohlii.
The following benefits might be useful for PE:
1- “relaxation of the arteries and smooth muscles”
2 - “increased thyroid hormone function (which can help enhance metabolic rate), and significantly increase lipolysis (fat burning)”
The first benefit is interesting because the penis is partially smooth muscle (that’s how it shrivels up in the cold), and it allows blood vessels to expand more easily, increasing blood flow.
The second one is interesting if you want to expose those extra millimetres hidden in your fat pad. Having more energy will keep you motivated to do PE consitently and a properly working thyroid ensures growth in all areas of the body and also maintains a healthy libido (my thyroid is under active and my libido has decreased over the years).
