Cialis questions

From reading the threads, I still don’t know for sure if:

1. You can have multiple orgasms, or at least multiple sustainable erections within say, 1/2 to one hour or more, even if it is a dry orgasm.

2. Just how much (pill form) to take to avoid side effects and still help a weak erection get hard and last. (Is Viagra better for this?) I don’t care if it last 24 or 36 hrs.

3. Is even just a little foreplay enough to get the second erection in the same evening?

I am late 50’s, and would appreciate some experienced advice. L-arginine has helped with flaccid a lot, but not hardening off erections to the point of reliability.

1. Depends on personal chemistry, mostly prolactin levels. But (unsafe practice warning) high recreational doses of via/cia will keep you hard past orgasm. For that purpose look into dostinex - cabergoline.

2. Start low, like half of recommended dosage and look for effects and sides, up slowly. Via is nasty headache for me in any dose, but my friend takes 100mg and have next to no sides, just 4hr boner that can punch trough walls. Mg for mg they are similar strength but via has 5h halflife with bad sides for most while cia has 28h halflife with no sides for most. For that reason via is safer for sex enhancement, you wouldn’t want to end up with 20h+ boner that doesn’t goes off :D

3. In effective dose - probably yes.

Cialis (liquid Tadalafil) has been like a penis vitamin pill for me and I like it better than Viagra because it does last so long.

I would start off at 10mg and see how well that goes. Wait at least 2 days between doses. My side affects were aching hip joints but that happened early on when I took a little too much too often.
