Cialis lovely effect, how to get it naturally

I sometimes make recreational use of cialis tablets, I find it to be very nice, besides sexual issues (stronger erections, longer lasting etc etc) what I like is the sensation of “fullness” it gives me and it lasts quite a bit, will say in the 4-6 days range.
So, what I was wandering about is how to get a similar effect without the use of drugs?
I mean, is there a way to make blood flow to penis naturally?
I am not very well endowed, will say about average with, maybe, a slight over average girth but what annoys me is the ridiculous flaccid that with cialis gets a loooot better while without is damn small (could define myself as a grower, right?).
I guess I could accomplish this through exercise like jelq right? I gave it short tries like for a week or so and have to admit it works, blood flow increases, more veins, better lasting erections and a better flaccid, fuller..

Any advice other than the two obvious:

- Jelq

Pick a good PE routine for you, and stick to it.

Take good care of yourself. Exercise, eat right, sleep well, lose any excess weight. All these things count.

Avocet8 pretty said it.if you smoke.stop! Exercise is the best thing to do.get healthy. Maybe a good vitamin, mineral, amino acids supplement.but that’s bout it.

I’m at present doing a bit more in my own daily routine to promote what your looking for.I’m Trying Again to stop smoking.exercising more etc.

What about supplements? They should help.

Yes, supplements. Amino’s, “Arginine” would probably help with the fuller flaccid.
