Anti-aging

Hey,

There’s a lot of data covering the benefits of supplementation with l-carnosine, or more efficiently one of its precursors beta-alanine. I think it could potentially benefit PE (due to its anti-AGE properties) From researching the topic, I can’t see a reason why everyone (apart from cost) shouldn’t supplement with carnosine or beta-alanine.
