What is this?

Im glad to say im healing nicely on my lig injury at the base of my penis and I am as hard as I want…But I now I feel a slight pain at something that looks like a vein but not quite. Maybe darker and thinner. I’ll try and post some pics of it—unfortunately I dont have a digital camera yet so the quality isnt that great.

Does anybody know what this could be? And possibly if and how long healing will take before the pain goes away?

Very likely a new vein which is still forming. I have had those; after about 6 months or so they become a ‘proper’ vein. Alternatively it could be a varicose/thread vein; not so good. Better to read up on those on google, because it would take a lot of explaining here.

Here are the pictures, albeit poor quality, of what im talking about for anyone that did not yet see. When flacid there is pretty much no pain—its just during hard erections. Hopefully it is a new vein, but if it is varicose, will it still heal on its own?

Well, 2more, I agree, they are of really poor quality! There is nothing there but 2 black boxes! What happened?

Yeah I’ll have to get a digital camera when I can afford one. I’ve done some reading about this and suppose natural healing will be best for me. Does anyone know if Hot wraps, massages, etc. would help with speeding up the healing process for me?

I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to be flip about the 2 black boxes. Please forgive.

You didn’t say exactly where your problem is located, etc. and until you can post pics, you will have to be a bit more specific. You will have to explain where it is located, how does it look, how and when does it hurt, etc. Then maybe someone will recognise what it is and will be able to help you.

However, you only have one penis, so if you are in pain, maybe it might be prudent to see a doctor. Good Luck.

I would try some hot wraps. Massages are part of my daily routine anyway. :)
