Hey, I don’t have the privelages yet to post in the injury forum, so I figured I’d post here. A while back I had the infamous drop of blood from my urinary track(spl?). I waited about 3 days, and began my routine; but, this time I went very light for two days. I also took away a few things, I no longer did v-stretches, nor did I do behind the “pull between the legs behind my rear” (sorry for not knowing the name off hand). My sessions then mearly became, manual stretches, wet jelq for 20 min, and a girth exercise for about 5 min.

Tonight I was doing my workout and figured I’d give a real good stretch and go back to normal. Well, low and behold I guess I stretched to “well” and started my first jelq, out comes 2 or 3 drops of blood. To make a long story short, I’m guessing I’m not ready for this amount of pressure yet on my guy. Or, the fact that my guy doesn’t like those stretches may be relevant :/. I guess I’ll be taking another 3 or 4 days off. Any input on this matter again?

If it is painless bleeding, then I bet you have a blood vessel very close to the surface of the urethra, and it leaks with a lot of applied pressure. If that’s the case, then this will likely be a recurring problem for you.

First, thanks for moving it to the appropriate forum. Aside from that it has never hurt, I just notice all of a sudden “what’s this:o “. I think that the harder stretches and being a little newer might be having an affect. I think I might be best off sticking with a not so heavy workout for such a short time of pe’ing that I have under my belt. Hopefully that sounds right, or I’m just trying to convince myself

3 or 4 days might be rushing it. If something like that happened to me after I had tried resting, I would probably take a month or two off. No real need to rush things and it probably makes sense to err on the side of safety. Don’t worry, in a month or two, your penis will still be with you.

Do you warm up before? I always dip in the warmest water I can stand for 1-2 minutes.

Yes, I stand in the shower with hot water on it for a few minutes. I have a feeling that the BTC stretch is what is doing it. I feel like it hurts a bit when I do that. That has also been happening when I bleed.
